In this Support Analyst role, you will be joining one of the UK’s leading B2B networking groups, offering content and subscription services across a diverse range of industries. Key to their success is connecting influential people and organisations to a high-value network of decision-makers, data, and ideas, through an industry-leading portfolio of brands.

Since 2020, they’ve successfully rolled out a new groupwide CRM system, and are looking to grow their Application Support team with this exciting junior hire!

Job description - IT Support Analyst

In this Support Analyst role, you will be working closely with individuals from across the business to manage queries, acting as the first line of support for incoming tickets from service users. You will regularly assist with system and data maintenance, supporting the wider team by also researching solutions and assisting with upgrades when necessary.

Key responsibilities - IT Support Analyst

In this IT Support Analyst opportunity, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting in a front-end support capacity, taking ownership of tickets that come through alongside your other responsibilities
• Working on a range of cases requiring configuration or data management tasks across the CRM
• Working closely with the CRM team to prioritise cases and provide solutions, whilst also ensuring data quality
• Updating the system with new events and materials across print & digital format

Job requirements - IT Analyst

• Educated to degree level, with an interest in IT and data
• Fantastic interpersonal skills, able to work across a variety of teams and projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Any experience working within a CRM system is advantageous but not necessary
• A keen interest in pursuing a career within a leading B2B networking company!
