In this HR Coordinator role, you will be joining a well-established and successful design company in Central London. They create spaces that bring out the best in people- championing wellbeing, diversity, flexibility and community. They are experts in office design and work with a large network of architects, furniture dealers and workspace consultants to fulfil the needs of every client. They’re now looking for a graduate People/HR Coordinator to help with the running of the day-to-day of their fast-paced and fun London HQ!

Job description - HR Coordinator

In this HR and People Coordinator role with will work directly with the People Manager. You will be expected to provide efficient people admin support to all employees. You’ll be helping with payroll, recruitment, onboarding/off boarding and the HR System. You’ll work efficiently and promptly to ensure that all employees are receiving a great service.

Key responsibilities- HR Coordinator

In this HR Coordinator job, your responsibilities will include:

  • People administration- changes in pay, promotions, onboarding, offboarding, change and administration
  • Helping with monthly reports and payroll
  • Dealing with new starters and updating the HR system accordingly
  • Working with the internal teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business
  • Helping with recruitment, monitoring CV trackers and organising interviews
  • General ad hoc duties

Job requirements - HR Coordinator

  • A 2.1 degree from university
  • 6 months + experience in an HR-related role
  • An interest in the creative/design sector!
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Passionate about providing high-quality service and experience for staff
