Job description - HR Administrator

In this HR role, you will be working within the HR department of a global fintech investment business, learning alongside senior HR partners. Based in the London office, and able to work from home up to 3 days a week. This role provides great experience getting hands-on with HR coordination and administration, as well as thorough training and progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities - HR Administrator

In this HR role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative and practical support to the HR team, across all areas of HR and recruitment activity
  • Monitor the HR inbox, responding to incoming queries and escalating any as necessary
  • Supporting the new staff induction process
  • Provide support to the HR team on ad-hoc projects, as well as existing processes.
  • Communicate effectively and partner with the wider HR department to ensure shared objectives are aligned and achieved
  • Administer monthly pay and benefit changes, respond to employee queries and gradually become an expert in this area.

Job requirements - HR Administrator

  • A degree from university
  • Previous Admin or HR experience is desirable but not essential
  • An interest in HR and passion for people and culture
  • Candidates must have strong organisational and administrative skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications
