Job description

In this remote working Client Relationships Manager job, you will be tasked with supporting clients of the company from getting them set up on the platform to ensuring they are getting the most of the service. You will be responsible for the full cycle including renewal conversations. The ideal candidate will be numerate and intelligent, quick to pick up on how the platform works and educate their clients in its use. The candidate would be expected to build excellent relationships with their clients and understand how best to facilitate their aims. Key responsibilities

In this remote working Client Success Manager opportunity, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and developing fruitful relationships with clients
  • Getting new clients set up on the platform and easing them into its use
  • Handling renewal conversations
  • Supporting existing clients with the use of the platform
  • Having exceptional knowledge of how the platform works

Job requirements

For this Client Account Manager role, you will need:

  • A 2.1 from a top university preferably in Accountancy or a tech-related subject
  • Experience working with clients in a B2B environment ideally within tech or financial services
  • Strong numerical skills (A in Maths A-Level equivalent or higher)
  • Be extremely motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Articulate, polished, and professional communicator with a good phone/video call manner and excellent writing skills
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset: essential to take full ownership of goals, deadlines, and targets
