Job description

In this Graduate Account Manager job, you'll be managing and growing relationships with existing clients. You’ll be able to build rapport naturally and make regular contact with clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the service. You will receive regular training and will be mentored by a highly successful and knowledgeable Account Manager with at least 3 years’ experience at the company. Success in this role will require you to be tenacious, self-driven, highly motivated and you will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proactively contacting existing clients and developing relationships
  • Effectively communicating all service offerings
  • Growing existing accounts and therefore profitability

Job requirements

  • The role involves constant client contact and so excellent communication skills are required
  • Possess a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Experience in a client-facing/sales environment is a plus
  • The successful candidate will be energetic, highly motivated to outperform targets and take pride in delivering success as part of a team operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ambition to have a successful career in the financial industry
  • Previous work experience in a commercial sales role
