Having already experienced enormous success globally and operating in countries as far wide as Australia, USA, Spain, India and Malaysia, they are now looking for an Operations Analyst to add to their wonderful team!

Job Description

In this fully remote Analyst opportunity, you will work closely with the company's back-office team to gain crucial exposure to the day-to-day operations of the LegalTech team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for great progression opportunities within an exciting, startup environment as the ultimate goal is to provide you with the skills required to progress into a management position with the Business Operations team.

You will gain vital experience in providing support to both the finance and operations team, from helping with the preparation of invoices to assisting the HR department with employee on-boarding.

Key Responsibilities

In this Legal Operations Analyst job in London, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the finance department through the preparation of invoices and additional ad-hoc tasks
• Conducting project analysis on ongoing client projects
• Assisting with writing policies such as BYOD
• Carrying out background checks for potential clients and employees
• Managing the employee onboarding process

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 from a top university, in law, business or finance-related discipline
• Ideally, 6 months experience in the Professional Services sector
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Excel is essential
• Powerpoint savvy - comfortable putting together presentations
