Job description

In this Graduate IT Support job, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting payment solutions. Working with different internal departments, third-party companies and a range of clients, you’ll be providing essential 2nd line support, resolving all payment-related queries quickly and efficiently. You’ll need to be able to work autonomously, as you'll be focusing on projects both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

In this Graduate IT Support job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting critical and routine procedures as well as end user literature
  • Monitor and maintain Portal environments
  • Keeping current live clients designs up to date via in-house software
  • Database level trouble shooting
  • Provide telephone support, email support response ensuring the support desk is covered during core business hours

Job requirements

  • Educated to degree level with a 2.1 in a relevant computing discipline
  • Solid understanding of SQL database
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS advantageous
  • General understanding of web functions accessibility, usability, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility
  • Working to strict deadlines to meet client expectations
  • Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skill

All applicants must be residents in the UK and eligible to work without permit
