Job description - FX Broker

In this Forex Account Manager job, you'll use your German language ability to win new clients in DACH markets, and deliver excellent client relationship management at all times. You will be seeking and developing new business, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing FTSE-listed clients. You will need to have the drive and the desire to succeed within the financial world.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, as you will be acting as the face of the company, delivering first-class service to its clients and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This role will require a candidate who is fluent in German.

Key responsibilities - FX Broker

In this Account Manager role, your job responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business, developing relationships, and demonstrating relevant market knowledge to win new business
  • Achieving all set KPIs
  • Reviewing financial press daily, keeping up to date on the latest market trends and news
  • Keeping accurate records and notes in the company’s database
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Holding intellectual conversations with C suite prospects

To succeed in this FX Account Manager job, you will need:

  • Flawless communication skills, both verbal and written in German
  • Some B2B sales experience beneficial
  • An excellent telephone manner for speaking with clients over the phone
  • Proven record of working and thriving within a target-driven environment
  • High attention to detail
  • An interest in finance graduate jobs and a desire to work in Foreign Exchange
  • The ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
