They manufacture and distribute a range of natural travel products that are available in high street retailers, natural stores, health stores and pharmacies. Job Description

In this Administrative Assistant (Sustainability) role, you will be helping the sales administration process to support the increase of sales. This will include, but is not limited to, managing customers orders, order processing and debt collection. Working with the warehouse to ensure the stock is correctly processed and delivered. Additionally, you will be supporting the increase of sales by arranging and managing phone appointments and call backs to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and developing all aspects of small retail accounts.
  • Processing Invoices and debt collection.
  • Completing new line forms.
  • Onboarding of new customers, supporting the development plans of these customers.
  • Arrange and manage phone appointments and call backs to customers.
  • Manage trade newsletters twice a year.
  • Maintain and update customer leads on our in-house CRM.
  • Participate in in-house training sessions covering product knowledge.
  • Ad hoc duties.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of a 2.1, ideally in Accounting and Finance or similar
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
