Job description

In this client facing job in Cambridge, your role will be varied and you will have a chance to try your hand at many different facets of the business. Some of the main focusses will be partner relationship management, training and onboarding new clients, systems and process improvement. As a growing business, they are able to build the role around your strengths and interests. See the main responsibilities below!

Key Responsibilities

In this Junior Account manager job, your responsibilities will include:

Client Management: You will have your own clients and be responsible for onboarding them and managing their accounts. You will carry out some of the following tasks:

  • Onboarding clients on to our systems
  • Speaking to clients regularly about their account
  • Perform anti-money laundering checks and verifications
  • Client portfolio reviews

Partner Management: Working closely with a salesperson, you will help to manage the partners who refer clients to the business. You will carry out some of the following tasks:

  • Training partners via webinar and sometimes face to face
  • Drafting partner contracts
  • Onboarding partners on to our systems
  • Presentation preparation for new partners

System & Process Improvement:

  • Make processes more efficient
  • Make processes easier for clients
  • Make the technology interface more user-friendly

Job requirements

  • A 2:1 from a top university (Economics, Finance and related degrees are a plus!)
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A strong communicator, both written and over the phone
  • An analytical mindset
  • An interest in finance and technology
  • Well presented, confident and enthusiastic
