Job description

In this Project Coordinator job, we are looking for a dedicated project manager who can work in the engine room of the business to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard across website development, design production, rich media (video/audio) production and more. You’ll be the linchpin for production, ushering in your own standards and processes built upon what is already in place, introducing tech stacks to profitably deliver projects, as well as effectively manage resource, filtering inbound project briefs (from all global offices). You’ll report to the Head of Marketing Services and work closely with all account leads, designers, and developers in-house and outsourced, so we need you to be confident to set the pace, manage multiple stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

In this Digital Project Manager role in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work effectively with client teams to identify requirements
  • Plan projects and create relevant documentation to be shared with internal production teams, client teams and clients
  • Manage projects using an agile approach, planning sprints, reviews and client reports
  • Monitor budgets and project progress and respond to changes in specification
  • Balance competing demands with client and internal expectations
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions
  • Provide limited support to some clients including assisting them with CMS changes and resolving small site issues
  • Fulfil account management role for smaller projects

Job Requirements

  • A 2.1 from university
  • Significant experience in an agency environment delivering digital multi-channel projects
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Digitally savvy with an understanding of technical development and content management systems
  • Organised and structured in delivering projects
  • An understanding of Agile development methods
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently hit deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • An ability to meet deadlines and expectations
