Job description - Data Analyst

In this Data Analyst position, you’ll be working within the data team. Although the data team generally work on projects across the whole group, you will be working predominantly with customer and marketing data. You will need to have strong Python skills in order to properly analyse campaign and customer data. The data team is small. As a result, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for growth, and for the successful candidate to have a strong influence over projects.

Key responsibilities - Data Analyst

In this Data Analyst job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Pulling data related to marketing campaigns, strategies and/or recipients, compiling it into a manageable form and performing in-depth analyses, to help drive data-led decision making
  • Presenting findings of analyses back to key stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining BI dashboards
  • Working with the Chief Digital Transformation Officer to identify priority metrics, and deliver strategies and actions to meet and exceed company KPIs

Job requirements - Data Analyst

  • Experience with Python is essential
  • Strength with excel is essential
  • A minimum of a 2.1 degree from university
  • Experience with any of the following would be beneficial but not essential: SQL, Google Analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
