In this Community Manager role, you will be joining an international investment and technology company at the forefront of next-generation solutions in cryptocurrency, machine learning, and privacy, to name but a few! These exciting innovators have recently launched the first of their patented platforms and are building a team to focus on the commercialisation of this and further launches. Headquartered in London, and with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and a presence on five continents, this is a pivotal time in the business product growth and an exciting time to join in this dynamic Community Manager role.

Key responsibilities - Community Manager

In this Community Manager role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the internal team to coordinate the writing and publication of blog posts.
  • Manage our social media accounts, share original content, engage in conversations, and build an audience.
  • Manage our community platform, pointing to interesting internal and external content, driving conversations, and providing some first-line technical support.
  • Schedule and participate in community events, including online meetups, and possibly also live events in London as and when the situation allows.
  • Stay up to date with privacy trends.
  • Measure and report on the activity within our community.

Job requirements - Community Manager

  • A creative degree in a related discipline focused on user experience and community management
  • Confidence in driving conversations on social media channels, and within a web community.
  • Strong organisational skills, to manage multiple streams of work at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication
  • Have some knowledge of privacy, as a concept and with respect to available privacy technology.
  • Have been a strong contributor to other online communities, either as a community organiser or in an individual capacity.
