In this Client Success Manager job in London, you will be joining an exciting EdTech start-up based in London. They provide a variety of services and platforms from online tutoring, university application help to real-time collaborative learning software. They’re predominantly B2C and have thousands of clients and tutors across the world - they also have a number of B2B clients including the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London. Since 2015 they have won numerous awards, including an innovation grant from the Department of Education and features in the UK’s top 100 start-ups. With their continued success, they’re now looking for a Client Executive to join their growing team.

Job Description- Client Relationship Manager

In this Customer Success role you will be working to pair professional tutors with their perfect match for students. You will take calls and help better understands students educational needs and help create a shortlist of tutors for them to work with. This role is all about communication and customer service, if you're a confident candidate with great interpersonal skills this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Manager

• Liaising with students and pairing them with experienced and professional tutors
• Taking new calls to identify and understand students educational needs (no outbound cold calls!)
• Creating a shortlist of tutors for the client to choose from
• Continued customer service and care to ensure customers are happy with the service

Job Requirements - Client Relationship Manager

• A 2.1 degree from a top university
• 6+ months in a similar role would be useful!
• An interest in the education sector
• Sales experience is a benefit!
• Experience working to (and hitting) monthly targets
• Fantastic communication skills
• High level on interpersonal skills, especially empathy and patience
