Client Services Executive - Job description

In this Client Relationship Executive job in London, you will be advising customers on the various products available, developing a deep understanding of what customers really want and managing third-party providers. You will be ensuring that every interaction a client has with the platform is enjoyable, acting as the voice for customer centricity and a voice for automation. In addition, you’ll be working closely with the wider Support team and Investment Operations team to ensure all processes are working efficiently.

Client Services Executive - Key responsibilities

In this Customer Experience job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising directly with customers to develop a deeper understanding of what international communities really want from a fairer, tech insurer
  • Communicating with customers on any queries that they may have and keeping them fully informed on their account status
  • Proactively spotting patterns in frustrations or hopes of customers and relaying feedback to the team
  • Helping the company become more efficient by streamlining processes and introducing new technology
  • Understanding, prioritising, and escalating customer's feedback and feature requests to the product team
  • Assisting the documentation and feedback of metrics around operational processes to allow for constant review and optimisation

Client Services Executive - Job requirements

  • A 2.1 or above from a top university
  • An empathetic mindset
  • An analytic approach and problem-solving attitude to help make sure all customer’s transfers are completed from beginning to end
  • A genuine love for relationship management!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for startups and technology
  • Adventurous and want to grow with a fast-paced company
