In this Account Manager job for graduates, you will be responsible for leading and managing relationships with a wide portfolio of FMCG & retail clients. You will be working to build long-term relationships with these clients, ensuring that their research & insight needs are fully met, and always seeking new ways to improve and build on the service provided. You’ll need to have at least 6 months of relevant experience in the professional world, as you will be required to proactively deal with client queries and issues, deliver exceptional client service at all times, and ensure that the information the company provides is effectively communicated.
