With an increased interest in their product and service, they are now on the lookout for a bright and business-savvy Client Services Executive to join their growing team. Please note, this role is remote based, you must be happy to work from home.

Job description

In this Client Relationship Executive role, you will act as the gateway to the business for all existing and prospective clients. It will be your responsibility to provide quick and efficient help to clients and be the first point of contact for any queries they may have. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be personable, proactive, and a natural problem solver – as you will be expected to go above and beyond for each client you deal with, ensuring that they have the best possible experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

In this remote Client Services Assistant role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing support to clients over email, live chat, phone and video
• Collecting insights from your client network and sharing these themes with senior management
• Suggesting any improvements to their operations processes and procedures
• Running scheduled sessions with clients to ensure they are getting the most from the platform
• Proposing ideas for marketing strategy, using feedback from your client base to drive this strategy
• Understanding what their client base really want from the product – relaying this information to the wider business

• A 2.1 from a recognised university
• Outstanding communication skills you can build rapport with everyone!
• An interest in sustainability/ health and wellbeing
• A can-do attitude, which is necessary for a fast-growing start-up like this one
• Understanding of Excel – you will be able to use the basic formulas
• The ability to remain calm and considered under pressure
• A genuine interest in sport and tech innovation
