Job description

In this Junior Client Relationship Manager job in FinTech, you will be playing an integral role within the Client Services team and involved with the ownership and hands-on participation in client support, setup, configuration and roll-out of the company’s services.

The role is very varied and will see you managing client relations, looking at operational improvements and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Success Associate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building excellent relationships with clients, assisting them with using the platform and onboarding them
  • Resolving client issues and escalating tickets, working with the tech support team
  • Thinking strategically about how you can improve the technology i.e. with automation
  • Data analysis using excel (pivot, Vlookups)
  • Proactively looking at feedback, reporting on this and considering service improvements
  • Learning and reading code

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 or above from university
  • A clear interest in finance or technology, ideally you will have done a degree or selected modules related to this
  • Interest in coding, statistics, or data analysis
  • Some customer-facing experience, this could be industry-related or could be within hospitality or retail.
  • Strong with Excel (you must be able to do V-Lookups & Pivot tables)
  • An additional European language is beneficial but not essential; they have clients in Italy, France, Germany, Sweden etc.
