As a Key Account Manager, I work with graduates who are looking to break into the Banking & Finance or FinTech sphere. I do also work with the odd luxury travel client too - my favourite being the agency that planned Will and Kate's honeymoon!

My area of expertise

I work with such a huge a variety of clients that it's hard to pinpoint my particular area of expertise! But I particularly enjoy finding graduates a job they love in an area they hadn't originally thought about.

The worst job I've had

My worst job has to be when I was a security guard at a (now in administration) shoe warehouse. At 5"3 it was pretty bleak. My months' trial resulted in more shoes being stolen than ever before.

Job description

In this Client Services Associate graduate job, you will be delivering a multi-channel approach to customer care, and helping clients before, during, and after the process. You will be managing customer communications, spotting trends, and gathering client’s feedback, ensuring that they are getting the most from the products and the buying experience. You’ll need to hit the ground running from day one in this role, as you will be required to liaise with a range of clients, and work closely with several internal teams to resolve any issues quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Associate graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customers across email, phone, social media and live chat
  • Resolving queries, whether it’s before the purchase, discussing delivery dates, or checking in with their aftercare
  • Resolving any issues that arise
  • Working closely with the product design, operations, logistics and web teams
  • Understanding the client base and finding out what they are looking for
  • Taking on board all relevant feedback, and liaising internally with teams to discuss your findings

As Operations Assistant your role will be varied, you will be required to complete tasks in and out of the office and must be happy to travel across central London. You’ll be highly organised and hold an excellent eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

In this Operations Assistant graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Property management – ensuring clients’ lifestyle needs are met. This may range from organising private household staff, arranging fresh flower supply and booking private chauffeurs
  • Managing overseas travel – researching suitable arrangements and ensuring all needs are met whilst the client is away
  • Managing additional diary needs – whether that be organising Doctors’ appointments to making restaurant reservations
  • Running client errands across central London
  • Researching information to assist with client requests in a timely and meticulous manner

  • A 2.1 from a top University – any subjects will be considered
  • 6 months – 1 year experience in luxury retail, luxury travel or dealing with high-net worth individuals
  • A second language would also be beneficial!
