Key responsibilities – Client Relationship Executive

In this Client Relationship graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the client base
  • Where necessary, monitor company performance against service agreements
  • Identify threats and highlight opportunities to the Account Managers
  • Provide weekly feedback to Account Managers
  • Be accountable for customer retention & customer satisfaction
  • Be a single point of contact for all commercial clients
  • Providing clients with relevant reporting when required
  • Client education
  • Ad-hoc client visits
  • Updating CRM system with activity
  • Managing the Client Relations group inbox
  • Processing terminations
  • Other tasks allocated by the Manager
  • Provide client feedback to the Manager

Job requirements - Client Relationship Executive

  • A 2.1 degree from university
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • An interest in the tech sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great eye for detail and a self-starter who takes initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
