They partner with landlords to provide their tenants with tailored managed offices that they can call their own; using the most innovative technology to help digitise the space. This high-growth, PropTech start-up has just secured Series A funding from London’s major PropTech investors, so there's no better time to jump on board! Joining the Business Development function, you’ll play a crucial role in the company's growth strategy. Having consultative conversations with tenant agents, you’ll be able to ask the right questions in order to understand what their perfect office space looks like and present this back to them to secure a viewing. With every contract typically worth over £500k, this is serious business!

Key responsibilities - Business Development Manager

In this Business Development job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Building relationships with prospective clients and tenant agents
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the company - you'll be the product expect for clients and their agents
  • Assisting the leasing managers on first viewings with prospective clients
  • Working to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Updating your progress in the internal CRM system
