Job description - Business Development Executive

In this Sales Executive job in London, you will be undertaking a range of day-to-day duties, focusing on two main areas. You can expect to take ownership of the prospect-to-customer experience; dealing with new private clients, converting them to trading clients, and informing them of the FX services the company has to offer. You will also be supporting the Business Development, Dealing, and Senior FX Broking teams by ensuring that their customers receive an excellent service. It’s essential that you are adaptable, professional, and confident, as you’ll be taking on a range of responsibilities, including negotiating with a range of senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities - Business Development Executive

In this Business Development job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing trading opportunities with newly registered customers
  • Providing support to customers and prospects
  • Acting as the first point of contact when dealing with existing and prospective client enquiries
  • Helping to develop new business relations with the private client base
  • Ensuring that clients are content with the services provided
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the affiliates in terms of obtaining referrals and prospects, and providing feedback

  • A minimum of a 2.2 degree from university
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication skills

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
