Job Description

In this Sales job for Dutch speakers, you'll be an initial member of the Benelux dedicated Strategic Sales Team, helping to build the company’s outbound pipeline in the region through a variety of resources, as well as supporting Sales Executives converting inbound leads. You will need to become an expert on the product, as your aim will be to interact with new prospects and help drive future sales growth for this impressive company.

Key Responsibilities

In this Business Development job in the Netherlands, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building the company’s outbound pipeline in Benelux by engaging with new prospects using a variety of resources (Linkedin Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outbound Calls)
  • Using Hubspot to generate outreach to new prospects and supplement marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in the building of outbound campaigns by research and bringing new ideas to the table
  • Researching and analysing the competitive landscape to build up a picture of our target accounts, new regions, competitors and other areas of interest to the business
  • Work with Salesforce to document sales activities where appropriate
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Attending sales meetings, work closely with the marketing team, and keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms

Job Requirements

  • Written and verbal fluency in both Dutch & English, any additional language is a plus.
  • A further education degree, or demonstrable experience in Business Development
  • An energetic and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and understand the industry in which the company operates
  • Diligent when working to both personal and team deadlines
  • Ability to influence others and show tenacity when chasing prospects
  • Experience in business development, recruitment or a Sales-based role preferable
