Job description

In this FinTech Business Development Executive graduate job, you will be joining the company's dynamic sales team. In this B2B sales role, you will be acting as the first point of contact for inbound prospective clients, as well as proactively reaching out to new business leads. You will need to be confident, and personable; as you will be central to helping to accelerate rapid growth within the global markets.

Key responsibilities

In this FinTech Business Development Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate interest through prospecting,
  • Establishing value proposition for new sectors
  • Develop prospect nurture-flow through to a fully qualified SQL
  • Drive phone and email activity while articulating the client’s value proposition
  • All activity will be meticulously logged on salesforce

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 from university
  • Outbound sales experience (email / call / linkedin / events)
  • Strong organisation to maximise output throughout the day and to overachieve
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with a hunger to succeed
  • Self-motivated with the ambition in order to hit monthly quota.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to drive activity, build a fast-paced sales environment
  • Persistence, sales spirit and objection handling skills are critical.
  • Cold calling experience is essential
  • Salesforce, start up and FinTech experience is beneficial but not required
