Job description

In this Business Development role in Cambridge, you will gain huge exposure to the commercial side of the business and be provided with an expansive level of training in your first year. Not only will you be educated by an ex-MI5 agency, you will be sitting in on client meetings and learning how to position a product.

Key responsibilities

As the next Business Development Executive opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building prospective accounts to generate new business
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with your clients and partners in your territory
  • Managing the full customer journey - from booking in client meetings to attending them
  • Presenting and demonstrating the product to C-Level information security expert
  • Recruiting VIP Guests for annual events
  • Using subscription based databases to build up client lists and follow up from Digital Marketing Campaigns.
  • Working closely with the Technical Managers and Cyber Threat Analysts

Job requirements

  • A strong academic background, with at least a 2:1 from University
  • Fluency in either German, Dutch, French, Danish, Norwegian or Spanish would be a hugely advantageous for your application but not essential
  • Be goal driven and ambitious
  • A technical mindset, with the ability to understand complex ideas regarding Cyber Security
  • Fantastic client management and communication skills - you must be presentable, confident, professional and have gravitas
  • A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
