In this Junior Developer job, you will be joining a tech based start-up, focused on delivering Android and Cloud based solutions to charities of all shapes & sizes. Job description

In this Graduate Software Developer job working remotely, you will be putting your modern programming skills to the test, working closely with the tech lead on a variety of projects. On a day-to-day basis, your role will vary from building new features, to playing a key design and development role in the evolution of their platforms. You’ll be given the chance to work across all of their products, Web & Android, building a truly cost effective ecosystems of tools to help their clients

Key responsibilities

In this Graduate Full Stack Developer job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating across the team and other departments to build solid, clean code
  • Taking time to fix any bugs and look for any system improvements
  • Working on both the front and back end to ensure that smooth functionality
  • Work and develop towards taking lead on new projects
  • Test your work and deliver fully functional product features

Job Requirements

  • A passion for technology, articulated through academic study in Computer Science, OR relevant upskilling in IT and technology
  • Professional experience working in a varied tech stack, ideally including Kotlin (Android), TypeScript (Web), Node.JS, SQL & NoSQL
  • A passion for building robust user experiences
  • A self-starter with the desire to learn and develop, someone who is not afraid to voice their ideas and be a part of a smaller team environment
  • An interest in the charity sector, motivation to make a difference for companies/ clients in this space
