In this remote Data Analyst role, you will be joining a personalised, business intelligence company that delivers a range of personal intelligence tools aimed at the healthcare/pharmaceutical markets. Combining human and artificial intelligence, our client provides unique data and analytics, used by many of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies, including 7 of the top 10 global pharma companies! Having built out an industry-leading product and service, and now expanding into new European markets, they are looking to grow the Data team with this new junior hire.

Job description - Graduate Data Analyst

This Graduate Data Analyst job is both varied and challenging. From day one, you will be pushing the boundaries of what is possible within database design, visualisation, and analytics. You will be working alongside like-minded team members who will value another opinion, so don’t be afraid to give it! You will find yourself gaining experience in working with clients and the internal Data Team to deliver high calibre & accurate visualisations and analytics. It will be important to engage with the wider team, so the ability to explain technical information and concepts to a non-technical audience will be crucial.

Please note: This role is a permanent remote-working job (with regular in-person team meetups)

Key responsibilities - Graduate Data Analyst

In this Graduate Analyst job, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Creating compelling visualisation and reports using Tableau
• Involvement in the management of the end to end delivery of client reporting, including the creation and communication of delivery plans
• Presenting reports to clients and training them in their use
• Development and support of databases (SQL & Access)

Job requirements - Graduate Data Analyst

• Degree educated to a high level, ideally with a 2.1 in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar analytics-based discipline
• Experience using either SQL Databases or Tableau, ideally both! Note, we’re happy to consider those with experience in one of these areas who show the capacity to learn quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
• A proven aptitude and desire for working from home with a secure and private workspace, reminder this is a home-based position
• Occasional travel to client/providers if needed
