Job description – Remote Graduate Consultant

In this Remote Graduate Consultant role, you will be kicking off your career acting as an IT and software Consultant using your STEM degree to provide technical services and consultant advisory to customers and clients. You will answer incoming queries, manage services and generate insights and reports. Within this role, you’ll find yourself processing customer data into comprehensive reporting that helps deliver an ROI against our service and ensures the customer gets the most return out of Cisco’s programs. You will become a subject matter expert (SME) on Cisco programs and maintain expertise levels as the programs and our services evolve.

Key responsibilities - Remote Graduate Consultant

In this Remote Graduate Consultant role, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing of customer data into comprehensive reporting that helps deliver an ROI against our service and ensures the customer gets the most return out of Cisco’s programs
• Delivering service against service levels and schedules
• Delivering reports via a consultation/advisory approach. This could be face-to-face with customers or remotely
• Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on Cisco programs and maintaining expertise levels as the programs and our services evolve
• Reporting the success/ROI of our customers to the Customer Success Team to help secure renewals
• Sourcing customer feedback to help define enhancements to our existing services
• Maintenance of our services based on evolving Cisco programs
• Dealing with support/queries from customers regarding our services and the programs they target
• Supporting our sales team with service demonstrations/Cisco program expertise

Job requirements - Remote Graduate Consultant

You will need to have the following skill set and attributes:

• STEM degree from University
• Comfortable with interpretation and processing of data. Knowledge of Excel and Power Query is desirable
• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to deliver very high standards of work
• Solution orientated with the ability to problem-solve
• Great client facing skills
• Strong organisational skills - time management and ability to prioritise workload
• Working collaboratively and effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and manufacturers
• Ability to learn and apply specialised knowledge
• Effective at working with and delivering to customers
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
