Job description

In this remote Data Scientist role in finance, you will have a real variety of responsibilities! You’ll be joining an early stage, high growth company and therefore will have a chance to shape the direction of the business. You’ll be using your technical skillset to write static analytical algorithms.

*Please note this role is a fully remote working job UK.

Key responsibilities

In this Data Scientist job working remotely, your responsibilities will include:

• Writing static analytical algorithms
• Design data modelling processes
• Investigating and analysing data across business functions
• Apply data science techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modelling, and artificial intelligence
• Presenting results to stakeholders
• Attending your clients’ workshop events

Job requirements

• A minimum of a Masters’ degree in a related subject field
• 1-3+ years experience working with data in a Data Science or full stack/back end developer role
• Strength with either front or back end languages such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, Ruby etc.
• Strong Python skills.
