Job description

This Junior Account Manager job is both varied and challenging. With support from the marketing, product & data enrichment teams, your aim will be to ensure the successful adoption and onboarding of new customers as well as assisting with data analytics. The aim of the role initially being to provide a core understanding the business upon which the successful candidate will / may specialise in. This may include analytics, customer support, product development.

Please note: This role is a permanent remote working job.

Key responsibilities

In this MedTech Account Manager graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the delivery of exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Technical administration of 3rd party Operations apps e.g. Litmos, Freshdesk, Salesforce, and others.
  • Customer support and management of helpdesk, 1st line support and triage all calls, emails and tickets.
  • Data management/processing for PD and PB applications, including Supplier.
  • Support Directors and other teams with ad hoc admin requests and other business projects.
  • Be on the front foot to make improvements to ensure the smooth operation of the business - monitor for problems, owning and taking immediate action and escalating when required.
  • Support the delivery team with data analytics

Job requirements

  • A minimum of a 2.1 from a top university
  • An analytical degree (Maths or Science-based) is desirable
  • Strong knowledge MS Excel (Python a plus)
  • Organised & self-motivated
  • Conversational, personable, optimistic & inquisitive
  • Can handle rejection and objections
  • Highly motivated, driven & ambitious
  • A keen interest in MedTech jobs and knowledge of the NHS and / or procurement, supply chain and finance data would be advantageous
