In this Account Manager job, you will be working for a pioneering full-service mobile marketing agency, who focus on harnessing the potential that the mobile world can offer advertising and branding. Key responsibilities - Account Manager

In this Account Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building a trusted relationship with clients – able to support the broader strategic output for clients’ needs
  • Hands-on project management – collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time
  • Managing the day-to-day client relationship from a campaign delivery perspective; discuss, debate and strategies at every opportunity
  • Lead and direct relevant team members to support in the development of channel plans and creative solutions that are planned holistically with the broader media mix
  • Evolve use of measurement systems to provide greater insight into ROI of media plans and ensure the team deliver on agreed KPIs
  • Participating in rate negotiations, ensuring that we provide excellent value to our clients
  • Contributing to client calls and in-person meetings and helping the team with the preparation of client presentations (i.e., post-campaign analyses, quarterly business reviews, new business documents etc.)
  • Reconciling monthly campaign spends and working with finance department to ensure everything is taken care off
  • Work with our data team to uncover user insights, create experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with our clients Product, Engineering and Data Science teams to increase campaign performance through better tooling, automation, and personalization
  • Manage and inspire a junior member of staff

Job requirements – Account Manager

  • Some experience working as an account executive, account manager or client-facing role
  • Experience within the digital/marketing/advertising/media space is beneficial
  • An analytical mind – someone who has a good understanding of analytics
  • Excellent communicator -both written and verbal
  • A strong interest in the technology/mobile/ user experience sector
  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager/Snapchat and Google UAC (not essential but it would be a bonus)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
