Account Manager - Job description

In this Junior Account Manager job, you will be looking after a portfolio of clients, providing high levels of service and encouraging members to upgrade their membership. This role will also involve, taking initial calls and introducing advisors to the services and tech platform. This is a B2B sales role, where you'll be working with clients in a consultant-like capacity; engaging with them to help everyone get the best advice and cultivating a strong online reputation.

Account Manager - Key responsibilities

In this Junior Account Manager graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing the existing adviser portfolio, providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Building strong relationships with professionals, ensuring they get the most from their membership
  • Maintaining the sales CRM system
  • Running members through the benefits of the platform in order to encourage premium/verified sign-ups
  • Assisting with inbound consumer calls, helping to match enquiries with the best advisers
