Our client is a rapidly growing market research tech start-up working with an exciting range of clients. They are looking for a fluent French Account Manager to join their growing team! In this Graduate Account Manager job in London, you will be joining a rapidly growing market research tech start-up with offices based in the UK and America, looking to expand further into France! Working with some exciting clients both large corporations and smaller start-ups, they simplify analysis of research so companies are able to look at data in an easy and exciting way. They are looking for a French-speaking Account Manager to expand their London team for 2022.

Job description - Account Manager

In this Account Management job, you will be helping to build and maintain relationships with key clients using your French language skills. You will also have the opportunity to develop knowledge in change management, market research, and API technology. The company is always looking to grow its client base so you will need to enjoy using excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities - Account Manager

In this fluent French job in London job your responsibilities will include:

• Building excellent relationships with clients, assisting them with using the platform and its features
• Gathering client feedback to increase efficiency for both the sales and product team
• Assisting the sales team in on-boarding new clients
• Overcoming or escalating any client or product needs
• Developing knowledge in change management, market research and API technology

Job requirements - Account Manager

• A 2:1 or above from university
• Fluency in the French language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for problem-solving and interacting with clients
• Experience using excel and good analytical skills (ideally an A-grade Maths GCSE)
• Market research or project management experience would be beneficial but is not necessary
