In this Account Management job, you will be joining the Cambridge office of a FinTech company, which are making waves within the financial technology sector. They have been growing rapidly since they opened their doors in 2015, and they have already built close ties with huge players within the financial services sector. Due to continued success, they are now looking to add several talented graduates to their team!

Key responsibilities - Account Manager

In this Account Manager opportunity in Cambridge, your responsibilities will include:

Sales Organisation: You will assist the Account Management team in managing both new and existing relationships. This includes:

  • Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients available products
  • Presentation preparation for new partners
  • Providing general sales support to the Account Managers

Partner Management: Working within the Account Management team, you will help to manage the partners who refer clients to us. This includes:

  • Drafting partner contracts
  • Onboarding partners onto their systems
  • Partner due diligence
  • Preparing and distributing monthly management information to partners

Reporting & Analysing Information: You will use the internal systems to analyse trends in sales data and report these back to the Account Management team. This includes:

  • Weekly sales data
  • Conversion ratios at different stages of the client journey
  • Predicted flow and pipeline data
  • Identifying areas for improvement

Please note: This role requires the successful candidate to be in attendance at both the London and Cambridge offices at various points, alongside remote working.

Job requirements - Account Manager

In this Account Manager role, we're looking for a candidate with:

  • A 2:1 from university (Economics, Finance or related degrees are a plus!)
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A strong communicator, both written and over the phone
  • An analytical mindset
  • An interest in finance and technology
  • Well presented, confident and enthusiastic
