In this Account Executive role in London, you will be joining an early-stage SaaS start-up, provide psychometric hiring assessments to allow businesses to save time and hire the right people using objective scientific data helping their clients make an informed decision that goes beyond any CV or hiring managers ‘gut feeling…’ Through their partner Aon Insurance their technology is already utilised and trusted by international powerhouses such as O2, Volkswagen, Burger King, Vodafone, Sunglasses Hut, KPMG, and Deloitte, but they’re looking to bring this tech to SMEs and start-ups to reduce the risk of businesses making bad hires in a cost-effective subscription-based model (SaaS).

Key responsibilities - Account Executive

In this Account Executive job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead generation using lead generation tools
  • Book outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking and independent research
  • Engage with prospects and articulate the product in an effective manner
  • Conduct discovery with prospects to evaluate pain points
  • Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
  • Product demonstrations with key stakeholders, establish relationships and keep on top of timelines
  • Generate and manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in our CRM
  • Lead efforts in building sustainable processes and procedures
  • Work in conjunction with the SDR team and senior management for 360 sales process

Job requirements - Account Executive

  • You’ll have a solid year within an outbound sales role ideally within Recruitment, HRTech or relevant SaaS Startup
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets and winning new business, someone who is highly target-driven and possess a results-orientated work ethic
  • Not afraid of picking up the phone and calling someone, discussing partnerships via video or phone
  • Excellent communication skills, confident, charismatic and personable
  • The ability to work autonomously and willing to learn fast
  • Autonomous, adaptable, collaborative, and strategic. The right candidate will thrive in a startup environment in a high-innovation sector
  • A creative mindset and keen to explore innovative ways to bring on new business
