In this Account Executive graduate job, you will be joining a multi-award-winning tech startup who are revolutionising the property sphere. One of their flagship products/services is using targeted digital campaigns and gamified digital platforms to engage those traditionally disenfranchised from the consultation process, enabling communities to influence projects in their neighbourhood. Having partnered with some of the biggest names in the property sector, local authorities and NGOs they’re now looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join their Account management team.

Job description

In this Account Executive graduate job, you will be supporting the company's growing network of existing clients, ensuring that all queries are answered efficiently and in a helpful manner. Your role will involve building long-standing client relationships, increasing loyalty, and learning about the product in order to provide exceptional support. You will be working collaboratively with a client’s planning consultant, communications agency and architects, supporting the overall comms and planning strategy on each direct digital marketing project.

Key responsibilities

In this Account Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing high-profile and prestigious client accounts
  • Working collaboratively with a client’s planning consultant, communications agency and architect
  • Supporting the overall comms and planning strategy on each project
  • Managing social media advertising campaigns
  • Organising marketing efforts for specific projects
  • Leading client training sessions
  • Liaising with charity partners
  • Coordinating and leading community outreach programmes alongside digital campaigns
  • Keeping projects on track, meeting deadlines and hitting clients’ targets
  • Building up brand loyalty with clients through helpful and proactive client interactions

Job requirements

  • 2.1 or above degree from a top University
  • 6 months commercial experiences, ideally in a communications agency involving client account management
  • A desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Have a passion for the built environment and community engagement
  • A fast learner, highly-organised and meticulous
  • A confident public speaker who can manage high-profile client accounts
  • Experience of digital marketing strategy would be hugely beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm to learn
