They are now on the hunt for a Client Services Associate to maximize the support team in order to match the demand and keep their users happy.

Job description

As a Client Services Associate, you will act as the voice of the company, and for many users, you will be the first person customers speak to, so you will want to make a lasting impression. You will be talking to everyone from start-ups right the way to Fortune 500 companies, answering their questions and fixing problems on a daily basis across multiple platforms: email, Twitter, Skype, Hangouts and chat.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Services Associate, your role will include:
  • Gathering the required information necessary in order to best handle customer support inquiries
  • Identifying trends and issues with the service and alerting the team when serious patterns emerge
  • Solving technical problems for customers on a daily basis
  • Talking with lots of customers on a daily basis, passing on insight and feedback to the team to help influence the direction of the product
  • Ensuring the product is easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible
  • Creating processes and workflows to be able to grow the support team and train future employees

So, what are we looking for?

  • At least a 2:1 from a top university
  • Fantastic written communication skill
  • Experience within customer service would be ideal
  • A desire to understand how and why things work the way they do
  • A complex problem solver, committing them to memory and educating others
  • A multi-tasker - you will be handling 3-4 online chats, open tickets and problems at once
  • Sense of humour is a must – you’ll love circulating timely and contextual animated GIFs
