Their aim is to eliminate costs and through their software, allow the industry to go paperless. The company are growing rapidly and are soon to settle into new swanky offices in central London to accommodate the growth. 

As their customer base grows, they are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Executive to join the burgeoning growth team and help their popularity within FinTech expand. 

Job description

In this Business Development Executive job, you will play a crucial role in showing prospective clients just how life-changing the product is for their business and transform warm leads into loyal customers. You must be communication driven with a real enthusiasm for the FinTech market and ready to share your experience to boost the business. 

Key Responsibilities

In this Business Development Executive job, your role will involve: 
  • Closing deals with warm leads, managing the sales process from start to finish 
  • Taking the initiative to identify, qualify and handle lucrative opportunities with potential clients  
  • Teasing out the best leads from their market database 
  • Working across all teams to ensure the highest standard for the customer experience

So, what are we looking for?

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in B2B 
  • Top academics with 2:1 and above from a Russell Group university 
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with people quickly 
  • Commercially driven with an enjoyment of meeting and exceeding targets 
  • Previous telephone based experience would be ideal, but this is not essential 
  • A passion for the technology sector and IT literate 
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • It would be a bonus if you had knowledge of the residential property market 
  • Previous experience with SalesForce/Pardot
