Give A Grad A Go enabled me to land my dream graduate job. They provided me with advice and help leading up to and throughout the application and interview process. They were always on hand to look after any concerns or answer any questions I had - it really felt like the whole Give A Grad A Go office was on my team.
Give a Grad a Go are by far the best graduate recrutiment agency I could have come across in my graduate job search. The process started with me meeting two of the recruiters: Alex and Kirsten. They swiftly sent off my cv and arranged interviews which resulted in a job offer! Throughout the process, both recruiters were on hand to answer questions and give me advice about the process. When I had landed the job they sorted out references and salary negotiations, making this the most stress-free experience I've had whilst applying for jobs. My only regret is that I didn't know about Give a Grad a Go sooner - I definitely can't recommend them enough!
My experience with Give a Grad a Go was one of the most friendly and supportive experiences I have had during my graduate job search. Unlike at other recruitment agencies, where I felt like I was just being pushed through a system to help achieve a metric - I was given advice and support by Ben throughout the application process. This put me in a strong position to receive an offer for my new graduate job. Moving from a previous position that was mis-sold to me by a previous recruiter, my experience this time with Give a Grad a Go allowed me to go into my new job confident it is the right fit for me going forward.
Will at Give A Grad a Go was absolutely fantastic throughout my job hunt. I was kept completely up to date with any developments, and the advice given both pre and post-interview was invaluable. I would definitely recommend Give a Grad A Go to anyone looking to progress their career after graduating.
As a fresh grad looking for my first 'proper job', I was eager to jump on any roles that were offered to me without hesitation. But Will, Izzy as well as many others invested time to talk with me - asking relevant questions to understand my skill-sets and probing my underlying motivations to understand what I am passionate about. The result - they helped me to secure a role where I am happily challenged each day, taking me out of my comfort zone and pushing me towards where I want to go.
I had a fantastic experience with Give A Grad A Go! My consultant was such a lovely person and at all points in the process I knew that she had my interests at heart. She spoke to me about where I saw my career going and what I felt my strengths were and recommended a job which she felt suited to my specific needs. My consultant made the application process simple and approachable for me. She went over and above for me - taking calls and coaching me (even on her day off!) and even gave me the odd pep talk when I was feeling daunted. This was a spectacular service I have recommended it to all my friends.
I feel dazed by how quickly I got a job through Give A Grad A Go. I got great support on changing up my CV and was pitched loads of exciting job vacancies by Izzy within a really short time frame. She prepared me for both my telephone interview as well as my group assessment day and I landed the position about an hour later. Izzy literally landed me the graduate job that she pitched me. I am beyond excited for the future and relieved that the process of finding meaningful work went as simply as it did! You’re my hero!
Give A Grad A Go were by far the most efficient graduate recruitment agency I’ve had the experience of working with. In a seamless process which took just a few days, I was set up with interviews. They were super attentive and caring throughout, and in doing so- eliminated any pre interview fear by preparing me and answering all my questions thoroughly. After each stage of the interview process, I would have a feedback session and preparation for the next stage.
Since securing a graduate job, I have recommended Give A Grad A Go many times. Helpful and friendly from the outset, I felt genuinely supported throughout the recruitment process. My recruiter, Claire, was only ever a phone call away, and was on hand to run through interview prepration and give useful feedback. The post-graduation job hunt can be a daunting (and at times demoralizing) experience, but Give A Grad A Go made the whole process a lot easier.
