Upon introduction, they will take the time to understand your business objectives, team structure and working environment. Once they are clear about the type of person you are looking to hire, the Consultant will handle the vetting process, telephone interviews, and administrative duties, presenting you with a shortlist of the best candidates – usually, within just a couple of days.
