We’ll assign you a Consultant who will take charge of listening to exactly what you’re after. If they can, they’ll also pop into your offices to get a better feel of your business – this helps when picking graduates based on personality fit.
When we get the green light, we’ll post the job ad live and pick through our over 100,000-strong database – 84% of which have a 2.1, 1st Masters or PhD – to find a selection of candidates to match exactly what you’re looking for.
We’re currently receiving over 15,000 CVs and applications every month, so no matter what role you’re looking to fill, your opportunity will attract a lot of responses.
Because of the volume of CVs that we receive, we can hand pick the best candidates and also introduce your opportunity to candidates who might not have considered the role but who we think would be a great fit.
