Our Global Headquarters are located in London, and we operate on an area level within North Western Europe that consists of the following end markets: UK & Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

Our UK & Ireland end market office is located in Chiswick, London, and consists of approximately 240 employees working within Digital Marketing, Branding, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, Strategic Planning and Insights, Supply Chain, eCommerce, and HR.

  • The Global Graduate Programme

Our 18-month Graduate Programme combines a real job with structured development through an ongoing focus on learning and training.

You will join one of our North Western Europe teams through three rotations, including an international one. You will discover how our various departments work and gain insights into the business:

  1. Our factory operations
  2. The products we sell
  3. The markets we operate in
  4. The organisations we compete with
  5. And most important of all - our customers

It will give you a chance to make an impact on our business and ultimately, set you up for a successful career within BAT as a future leader.

You will also participate in the Global Graduate Academy; a dedicated World-Class Learning Academy that involves skills development, international exposure and leadership team engagement. You will have the opportunity to meet other BAT graduates around the world and showcase your potential. Ultimately if you succeed in the programme, your landing role will be a Junior Manager.

We have 9 Global Graduates each intake, and functions where we hire Global Graduates in UK & Ireland, including Marketing, Digital, Data & Analytics and Finance. Rotations within our Marketing Programme could include Brand, Activation, Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning & Insights, Sales and Operations.
