The Give A Grad A Go team are split into three sector specific desks. In each team, Resourcers manage the flow of candidates and Consultants handle candidate interviews and shortlists.
There is no candidate ownership at Give A Grad A Go and all Recruiters work across teams, with the common goal of making sure every graduate finds the best possible start to their careers.
