Our goal is to send you a shortlist of our best-matched graduates within one week of your instruction – although in reality, this is usually just a few working days.
We continue to be on-hand at every stage, to help with the interview process, feedback and contracts, and will always be available to support candidate onboarding.

The Give A Grad A Go team is split into 3 sector-specific desks. In each team, Resourcers manage the flow of candidates, and Consultants handle candidate interviews and shortlists.
There is no candidate ownership at Give A Grad A Go, and all Recruiters work across teams, with the common goal of making sure every graduate finds the best possible start to their career.
To kick things off you’ll be assigned to your dedicated Account Manager, who will take charge of understanding exactly what your business is looking for and put together a detailed project plan.
Our aim is to send you a shortlist of carefully-selected candidates who we believe will be great for the opportunity within 3-5 working days.
