This two-day course qualifies participants as MHFA certified Mental Health First Aiders, giving employees the skills to spot the signs and symptoms of low mental health and support individuals in the workplace.

Working from home mental fitness advice

During lockdown, we are releasing a series of videos from Charlotte Wiseman, to help you with your working from home routines and adapt to the changing climate.

Charlotte is from an evidenced-based scientific background, and so all of the tips in the videos are science-led and really practical advice.

There is a download ‘hand-out’ with every video we release, which can be downloaded below.
