Job Description

In this Business Development Executive role will be driving new relationships with customers. Your consultative selling technique will be paramount to increasing the business portfolio. The new business consultant will report directly to the General Manager and a real passion for technology and sales is key.

Key Responsibilities

The successful New Business Consultant can expect the following tasks as part of their role:

  • Discovering new business leads through research, various channels, cold-calling, networking, events etc
  • Consultative selling process to truly understand the customers' needs
  • Book meetings with potential clients to pitch and close new business
  • Working to monthly KPIs
  • Always providing a high level of service and confidently representing the brand
  • Ensure the customer has a perfect first impression of the organisation!

Job Requirements

  • Must have previous experience working in a target-driven environment
  • SaaS experience is a bonus!
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
  • A confident communicator who can build rapport easily
  • High levels of emotional intelligence
  • Enjoy healthy competition within the team!
  • Fantastic command of English, both written & verbal
  • An understanding of the accounting & book-keeping industry
  • A switched-on tech enthusiast
  • When it comes to sales, you have a hunter mentality!
