Job description - Operations Executive

Be part of a rapidly growing team in a successful global HealthTech startup as they drive their business in Australia. As an Operations Executive, you will be the support that customers and internal teams need to optimise their operations, ensure satisfaction & further drive growth. Problem-solving and strong organisational skills will be key to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key responsibilities - Operations Executive

In this Live Operations Associate role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Optimising operations - you always look to improve processes and drive growth for customers and internal teams.
  • Managing customer fulfilment by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Working closely with the Care Advisory and Operations teams to drive service improvements and recovery.
  • Problem-solving to foresee any issues to ensure smooth sailing of daily events.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues and assisting to provide solutions.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.

Job requirements - Operations Executive

  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in a dynamic startup environment, hospitality, or healthcare company is a bonus!
  • Fantastic written & verbal communication skills are key
  • The ability to think on your feet and provide solutions in a fast-paced customer focused environment
  • Aptitude for technology and an ability to pick up processes quickly - the ability to teach these IT processes is a plus!
  • Proactive and a reliable team player
  • A willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the care industry
  • Heaps of energy and enthusiasm to build relationships and rapport with others
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
