Job description - Customer Success Consultant

In this Graduate Customer Success job in Sydney, you will play a vital role in the onboarding process of all new partners working with this leading FinTech company. It will also be your responsibility to support your Account Manager with current partners and find creative ways to retain business and adoption of business processes. This opportunity is incredibly client-facing and requires confident communication skills and an aptitude for technology and accounting systems. The reason for this opportunity in the rapidly scaling business is due to other team members progressing across the organisation. Key responsibilities - Customer Success Consultant

In this Client Services job in Sydney, you can expect the following duties, but not limited to:

  • Being a part of the growing sales team focusing on two important stages of the partner life-cycle: onboarding new partners & driving product activity with partners and their clients
  • Collaborating with your dedicated account manager to facilitate process improvement of accounting & book-keeping processes
  • Involved in creating webinars to offer retraining opportunities with an active portfolio of clients
  • Phone-based, customer-facing role with elements of face to face work

Job requirements - Customer Success Consultant

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Customer-facing experience (ideally over the phone & video)
  • Passionate about technology and finance and eager to join a tech startup
  • An aptitude for technology and the ability to explain complex products
  • Communication is key with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A team player who enjoys sharing ideas
  • A willingness to learn and curiosity to keep developing your knowledge about the wider industry
  • Experience working towards targets
  • Previous experience with accounting software like Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks is a bonus!
  • An understanding of accounting processes is a huge plus
