Work Socials We have quarterly team budgets to spend on team-specific socials as well as regular company socials which have included crazy golf, bingo, and bowling! We also host end-of-month wrap-ups to keep everyone in the loop with business performance and highlights of the month, as well as announcing our employee of the month.
Charity work for 3 paid charity days per year, allowing you to take time out to volunteer and fundraise in the local community.
Holiday allowance isn't something you need to save up here! As well as your birthday day off, you'll also get Christmas & New Year off outside your regular holiday allowance.
Work remotely for 30 days once you reach Account Management or equivalent. Employees have worked from Italy, Spain and France.

As well as staff being a support network, our Mental Health Officer and Head of People Operations are always on hand to offer further support if needs be. Employees are encouraged to use the resources available to them on our website, for example, we have blogs on how to manage stress and deal with anxiety at work, and reminded that sick days can be used for your mental health as well as your physical health. Our Simply Health plan also covers employee's well-being, with services including over the phone and face-to-face counselling sessions.
