All employees are required to follow a code of conduct and we all look out for one another, helping each other out if things get tough. As well as staff being a support network, our Mental Health Officer and Head of People Operations are always on hand to offer further support if needs be. Employees are encouraged to use the resources available to them on our website, for example, we have blogs on how to manage stress and deal with anxiety at work, and reminded that sick days can be used for your mental health as well as your physical health. Our Simply Health plan also covers employee's well-being, with services including over the phone and face to face counselling sessions.
