“Amazing company to work for! Plenty of responsibility from the start, with an impressive list of clients to work with. Our MD caters to everyone's interests and provides a fun & friendly environment for all. You reap what you sow at GAGAGO, which constantly pushes us to do the best we can. We get free yoga classes, fresh fruit, trips away, regular socials and personalised rewards for hitting targets.” - Recruitment Consultant
“Having worked here for a pretty long time, I can confidently say that we do things collaboratively and support each other. There is always someone willing to offer advice and help. Progression is real if you work hard, and there are some seriously awesome companies to work with No day is the same You voice is heard! Over the years we have evolved as a startup and responded to what our team and company needs and every (sensible) suggestion is taken on board” - Key Account Manager
“GAGAGO is arguably the most supportive place in agency recruitment, here are my personable key reasons as to why: as a recruitment agency retention is incredibly high, which makes a great culture and allows genuine friendships to exist. The structure is flat and Senior Management will always make time for you. You don't need to cold call, all your accounts are given to you, which for most people is an absolute dream. Progression is great - most people will see at least three meaningful promotions in just 2 years - each progression results in a salary review. Genuine care for employees - regular socials, drinks fridge, free brekkie, and serious matters like mental health is acknowledged. Now have a mental health ambassador on site” - Account Manager
