Give a Grad a Go were invited as Guest Speakers at PinkNews Futures, a fantastic Careers Event hosted by PinkNews, an online newspaper for the global LGBTQ+ community.

Since then, we have worked on marketing collaborations with PinkNews, and hosted Chief Operating Officer, Alex Ehmcke on our Guest Speaker Panel for our Diversity and Inclusion Webinar.

Give a Grad a Go are committed to our Diversity and Inclusion Promise. We work with Diversifying to find new ways of making our processes more inclusive.

Internally we have reviewed our screening processes to remove unconscious bias, invested in Diversity and Inclusion training and have been expanding the variety and range of charities we support. We were delighted to host Co-Founder Luke Davis on our Guest Speaker Panel for our recent Diversity and Inclusion Webinar and collaborate with Luke to speak to our partner charity, WhizzKids.

In 2020, we expanded the variety of charities that we support. We are proud to be working with such an important charity that helps disabled children live a life with no limits.

In addition to our sponsorship, we have been organising and speaking on webinars for the students and young professionals who work with WhizzKids, including CV and interview tips from our expert Consultants.

Give a Grad a Go has always been passionate about supporting the mental fitness of our employees, clients and candidates. We partnered with one of the leading inspirational speakers in mental health, Nick Elson.

Nick has worked with household names such as the BBC, Lloyds Banking Group, the NHS and American Express. Head over to our YouTube channel for Nick’s ‘Talking Anxiety: Lived Experience’ webinar – with insights, tools, tips and techniques on how to manage anxiety in life and in business.

We have always made it our mission to help job-seekers find their dream role, which is why we teamed up with social mobility charity, The Talent Tap.

We collaborated with The Talent Tap’s ‘Career Zoominar’ Series to share our career advice and to support graduates and school-leavers to succeed in their careers.

For two years running, we proudly sponsored The Lloyds Bank Business Awards, the UK’s flagship awards programme for business excellence, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

‘The Give a Grad a Go Employer of the Year Award’, celebrates organisations who see the best return on an investment in people.

Having worked closely with Clear Bridge HR and experiencing their fantastic services first-hand, we’re delighted to welcome Clear Bridge HR to our partner network, offering our clients a free 30-minute HR consultation.

We support the graduates you hire further than just getting them a job. Lyvly, a community platform that helps landlords and renters find and manage shared living accommodation, is building the world’s first shared living community, starting here in London.

As part of our partnership, we are delighted to offer you and your graduate hires an incredible £300 off your first month’s rent when you find your ideal home through Lyvly.

Launched on Mental Health Day in 2019, Capture Happiness is a community that strives and aims to encourage individuals to seek out happiness in the world by turning our cameras away from ourselves and instead focusing on the world around us.

Read more about why Give a Grad a Go is supporting Capture Happiness, what we’ve achieved together, and how you can get involved too.

Job hunting is difficult. This is why we partnered with Graduate Coach to work together to guide graduates through the application process and prepare them for their dream job.

In our webinar ‘The Secrets of Getting a Graduate Job’, the Graduate Coach team offered their expert interview and career advice – with FREE access to their 3-week online course! Re-watch all of our webinars on our YouTube Channel.

Mental ill-health is the leading cause of sickness absence from work costing UK employers an average of £1300 per employee. That’s why we partnered with Charlotte Wiseman, Positive Psychology Researcher, and Mental Fitness Expert.

This means that we are offering our clients discounted access to the newly accredited Mental Health First Aid online training.
